Fruit and berry ripples for layered yoghurt are suitable for
production of layered yoghurt, i.e., fruit ripple is filled in the
bottom of a packing container and yoghurt mass is filled on top
of it. Fruit and berry ripples for layered yoghurt contain pieces of
fruit and berries of various sizes.
Amount of fruit and berries added in the product: 30%
Brix: 48-52%
Recommended dosage to be used: 15%
